Cmde PR Hari, IN (Retd.), CMD, GRSE, delivered the Theme Address on "Make in India for the World – The Road Ahead" at the 2nd Defence MSME Manufacturers Forum, organised by the Indian Chamber of Commerce (ICC) on 01 Aug 26 at Taj Deccan, Hyderabad, Telangana.

Addressing industry leaders, MSMEs and stakeholders, he highlighted the critical role of MSMEs as the backbone of India's defence manufacturing ecosystem and underscored the importance of innovation, technology and collaboration in advancing India's journey from Make in India to Make in India for the World. Emphasising the transformative potential of emerging technologies, he called for stronger partnerships among industry, startups, academia and research institutions to build robust capabilities, strengthen supply chains and enhance India's global competitiveness in defence manufacturing.
