Cmde PR Hari, IN (Retd.), CMD, GRSE, graced the Inauguration Ceremony of the 9th MBA Batch (2026–28) of Xavier Business School, St. Xavier's University, Kolkata, on 20 Jul 26 as the Chief Guest and delivered the Keynote Address.

Addressing the incoming management students, he underscored the importance of hard work as the foundation of success, decisive leadership in times of uncertainty, and the intelligent use of technology to transform information into insight. Urging the students to aspire beyond managerial excellence, he encouraged them to lead with humility, integrity and a deep sense of purpose, reminding them that true leadership is measured not only by professional success but by its contribution to society and nation building.
