During the daily public hearing organized at the Ghaziabad Development Authority office, citizens presented various public issues and complaints. Of the cases received, immediate cognizance was taken of some complaints, and their resolution was carried out on the spot. For the remaining cases, necessary instructions were issued to the concerned officials to ensure prompt, fair, transparent, and high-quality resolution of the complaints, so that timely and effective resolution of all complaints can be ensured.

At the same time, emphasis was placed on ensuring that the resolution of every complaint is carried out within the stipulated time frame in accordance with a transparent and accountable working system.
