GAIL (India) Limited has achieved another significant milestone in its AI-driven digital transformation journey with the successful Go-Live of PARAKH – an AI-Powered Tender Management System.

The Go-Live was done on 22nd July 2026 at GAIL Bhawan, New Delhi, where the system was formally inaugurated by Deepak Gupta, Chairman & Managing Director, GAIL (India) Limited, in the presence of S K Sinha, Director (Finance), GAIL (India) Limited, along with senior officials of the Company.

PARAKH leverages Artificial Intelligence to enhance procurement processes by simplifying tender evaluation, accelerating Commercial Bid Analysis, automating Comparative Statements, and enabling faster, more informed, and transparent decision-making.

Under Phase I, nine high-impact procurement activities have been automated, laying the foundation for a comprehensive AI-enabled procurement ecosystem designed to enhance efficiency, transparency, and operational excellence across procurement functions.

The successful launch of PARAKH reflects GAIL's continued commitment to innovation, digital transformation and the adoption of emerging technologies to build smarter, more agile and future-ready business processes.
