FDDI MD encourages students to embrace continuous learning
At FDDI, career readiness goes beyond placements—it begins with preparing students for the world of work.

Our latest Fabulous Friday – Placement & Career Readiness Training Session brought together students from all 12 FDDI campuses and all four Schools Fashion, Footwear, Leather & Retail through the Centralized Digital Classroom for an engaging and insightful session on Professional Mindset & Workplace Etiquette.

The session began with an inspiring address by Vivek Sharma, IRS, the Managing Director, FDDI, who encouraged students to embrace continuous learning, professional excellence and a future-focused mindset, setting an inspiring tone for their journey towards becoming confident and industry-ready professionals.

Led by Nitin, Skill Development & Industry Readiness Expert, the session focused on the qualities that shape successful professionals— effective communication, professional behaviour, positive attitude, adaptability, self-awareness and workplace readiness.

Through interactive discussions and practical exercises, students reflected on their individual strengths, identified areas for improvement and explored how the right mindset, attitude and professional conduct can influence their growth and long-term career journey.

At FDDI, initiatives such as Fabulous Friday are designed to strengthen employability, nurture professional competencies and bridge the gap between academic learning and industry expectations, empowering students to transition confidently from campus to the professional world.

Because career preparation is not just about securing a job; it is about building the mindset, skills and confidence to create a successful future.

From learning skills to building confidence. From developing potential to becoming workplace-ready.

FDDI is preparing its students not just for their first job, but for a successful and fulfilling career ahead.
