N Manoharan, Director General Quality Assurance, Maj General K J Sarvaiya, Controller, CQA ( Amn) and team, visited the Pune Unit of Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL).

He was welcomed by Ms Niti Pandit, General Manager (Pune) & Unit Head. Other senior officers of the Pune Unit were present during the visit.

The Director General was presented with an overview of BEL Pune's diverse product portfolio, technologies, key accomplishments and significant contributions towards fulfilling the Indian Army's requirements of Electronic Fuzes.

This was followed by a guided tour of the Unit's state-of-the-art manufacturing and testing facilities. In his interaction with BEL Pune's senior officers,

N Manoharan lauded BEL's exemplary contributions to the design, development and manufacturing of professional defence systems. 

He underscored the importance of quality excellence as a cornerstone of operational success and global competitiveness, encouraging the team to continually uphold the highest standards of quality in all aspects of their work.
