Shobhit Bhatnagar, Director,OP&BD, participated as a distinguished panellist at the 7th Edition of the Conference on Railways Excellence during the panel discussion on “Freight, Logistics & Multimodal Connectivity – Enhancing India’s Competitiveness.”

The discussion covered the role of Dedicated Freight Corridors as engines of economic transformation, PM Gati Shakti integration, port connectivity, multimodal logistics ecosystems, private participation in freight and terminal development, technology-enabled freight operations, and the shift of freight from road to rail for sustainable growth.

The session also highlighted the importance of building a world-class logistics network for Viksit Bharat 2047, with DFCs playing a key role in enhancing freight efficiency and strengthening India's logistics competitiveness.
