At the state-of-the-art Nagarnar Steel Plant, Amitava Mukherjee, CMD, NMDC and NSL, along with functional Directors reviewed performance and the progress of key system improvement initiatives being implemented at NMDC Steel Limited.

The focus was clear: strengthen the systems today, so the plant is better prepared for what comes next.

As part of this journey, Amitava Mukherjee inaugurated EKATRA- Unified Plant View, an in-house digital initiative developed by the C&IT Department.

Bringing a real-time, unified view of key plant operations, EKATRA enables greater visibility, quicker understanding and more informed decision-making across the plant.
