The Chhattisgarh Housing and Infrastructure Development Board announced a 50% rebate on penal interest for one-time payment of outstanding dues, providing relief to allottees on the occasion of Independence Day. This benefit will apply to all properties already constructed and under construction by the Board. A 50% rebate on pending water charge surcharges will also be available. Properties under the Special Housing Scheme (OTS-1) and OTS-2 will be excluded from this benefit.
