CCL CMD launches CPRMSE/NE 2.0 Portal
Central Coalfields Limited has taken a significant step towards providing better, transparent, and convenient services to employees, retirees, and their dependents.
CCL CMD Nilendu Kumar Singh launched the CPRMSE/NE 2.0 Portal and the Online Dependent Employment Portal at the Manthan Auditorium at CCL Headquarters, Ranchi.
On this occasion, CCL CMD Nilendu Kumar Singh stated that the in-house development of both portals is a significant achievement in CCL's technological capabilities and innovation. He stated that providing simple, transparent, and timely services to employees, retirees, and their families through effective use of digital technology is a priority for the company. He congratulated the teams of the Manpower, Retirement Benefits Cell, and Systems Department for this initiative and stated that such digital solutions will play a crucial role in making service delivery more accessible and effective.
Through the CPRMSE/NE 2.0 Portal, retired employees will be able to submit documents related to medical claims and reimbursement online from the comfort of their homes and can also check the status of their claims.
Through the Online Dependent Employment Portal, the process related to employment/financial compensation of dependents of employees who died during service has been made more simple, transparent and easy.
