Sanjay Khanna, Chairman and Managing Director (C&MD), presented BPCL’s exceptional performance in FY 2025-26 to our valued shareholders. He reflected on BPCL’s remarkable journey of evolving alongside India, powering its progress and preparing for what lies ahead. He emphasised the need for diversified, efficient and increasingly indigenous energy, with hydrocarbons *being complemented by* renewables, gas, biofuels, green hydrogen, energy storage and digital intelligence.

He highlighted that BPCL’s strategy is anchored in balancing energy security, affordability and sustainability, nurturing and strengthening its core businesses in refining, marketing and upstream, while making bold investments in future growth engines such as petrochemicals, natural gas, alternative green energy, non-fuel solutions and digital businesses.

VRK Gupta, Director (Finance), Subhankar Sen, Director (Marketing), Pushp Kumar Nayar, Director (HR), and Mrs V Kala, Company Secretary, were also a part of the AGM.
