The 223rd Board meeting was held under the chairmanship of Deepak Kumar, Chairman of the Noida Authority, at the main administrative building in Sector 96. Senior officials including Additional Chief Secretary Alok Kumar, CEO Krishna Karunesh, CEO Greater Noida, Ravi Kumar NG, GNIDA, ACEO Mrs. Vandana Tripathi, Pushp Raj, and ACEO Yamuna Authority Shailendra Bhatia @YEIDA were present at the meeting. Key decisions taken at the meeting:  SOP for Corpus Fund approved. Registration process for stalled real estate projects will be expedited. Committee formed to develop a uniform policy for industrial units. Land allotted for the Police Commissioner's office in Sector 153. Establishment of a 100 TPD Waste-to-Energy Plant in Sector 145. Sector 8 nursery will be modernized and made self-sufficient. Compensation rate for farmers fixed at ₹6,459 per square meter. Time extension approved for Smart LED Street Light Project. 76,366 LED streetlights, including the remaining lights, will be operated by smart control panels. 1,200 new streetlights will be installed on the expressway.  The expressway will be energized with solar power. A 2.4 MW BESS system will be installed. 5 EV buses and 10 charging stations will be installed.
