BCCL CMD interacts with leading consumers
CMD, BCCL Manoj Kumar Agarwal interacted with leading consumers and stakeholders from the ferrous industry at India Ferrous Week in Kolkata, organised by BigMint.
The interaction provided an opportunity for BCCL to engage directly with its consumers on coal quality, supply, market requirements and long-term customer relations. Consumers also appreciated BCCL's proactive efforts under the leadership of CMD to curb illegal mining and unauthorised coal extraction, strengthening mine security and transparency in the coal supply chain.
Emphasising shared responsibility, CMD urged consumers to contribute towards a transparent and organised coal supply chain in the larger national interest. He also highlighted the importance of collective efforts towards the vision of Atmanirbhar Bharat and Viksit Bharat.
The programme reaffirmed BCCL's customer-centric approach, with continued focus on quality improvement, reliable supplies, operational efficiency and responsible mining practices.
