Nirdosh Lakra of Balrampur-Ramanujganj achieved the distinction of becoming the state's top transaction VLE by successfully resolving 13,912 applications in 2025-26. Finance Minister O P Choudhary honored him for this outstanding achievement at a program held in Raipur.

This achievement is an inspiring example of digital good governance, providing fast, transparent, and timely government services to rural citizens through the Seva Setu Portal.
